The BATALLA CARES SONGWRITING COMPETITION

INITIAL COMPETITION DETAILS 

​

• This contest is open to all amateur and professional singers involved in big or small performances like, shows, gigs, concerts for as long as the theme of the original composition is relative to the activities of Batalla

• Interpreter/Singer-Songwriter will join the competition

• Theme of the Songs: “Pagmamahal sa Kapwa at sa Bayan” and is relative to the purpose and advocacy of

BatallaCares as part of it’s social responsibility to the macro-community.

CONTESTANT’S REGISTRATION / AUDITION

 – Contestants will be officially registered in the competition by sending their official entry in a designated email or thru the registration link :  CLICK HERE TO REGISTER                                                                   

  – Full Name, Address, Birthday, Age and Category                                                                        – Attach the song (Audio and Video Files) and lyrics

COMPETITION REQUIREMENTS 

​

• Original Composition must be interpreted by a solo singer/artist which must not exceed five (5) minutes. 

• Original Compositions/ Entry/ies must be presented audibly & visually clear. Good Resolution Cameras (Video Cam or Cellphone in HD will do)

• The song can be in english or tagalog or even local dialects.

• The contest piece must be in the original minus 1 only. “VOCAL-REMOVED minus-1” is not allowed.

• Attire must be decent and appropriate for the competition.

• Back-up dancers and props for the contest are not considered.

• The audio accompaniment should be in high resolution/quality and tested before the competition starts and should be properly labeled indicating the following details:

• Name of the Songwriter

• Title of the Song 

• Name of the Solo Singer/Interpreter(Intended for Semi-finalists)

• Submit the music via Google Drive or Email Address.

• Schedule and virtual presentation of the contest will be posted at the BattallaCares Website, Social Media Accounts, YouTube and Asian Television Content Corporation (ATC) Multi Media Platforms. 

• Winners will be posted via BatallaCares Website Facebook Account, YouTube and Official Social Media Accounts of ATC Online Channels.
